I'm a fractional CMO and strategic marketing advisor with over 25 years of experience leading marketing through the moments that matter most — acquisitions, rebrands, rapid scaling, team rebuilds, and leadership transitions. I work with companies that are in the middle of something hard and need a senior marketing leader who can move fast, think strategically, and actually get things done.

 Most recently, I served as VP of Marketing at Vetsource, a Mars company providing comprehensive pet pharmacy services to veterinarians and major retailers. I led a team of 30 across strategy, digital, communications, campaigns, content, marketing operations, and analytics, and reported to the CEO as a member of the senior leadership team. During my tenure, marketing drove 40% of won business in the B2B sales pipeline and consistently delivered 20% of revenue in our primary customer segment through data-driven marketing programs we built and executed on behalf of veterinary and retailer customers, reaching more than 5 million consumers weekly.

That's one chapter. But the through-line of my career is companies in transition. A multi-state healthcare system mid-digital transformation. A B2B SaaS company that navigated an exit to a competitor mid-stride. An early-stage startup that needed a rebrand, a team, and a lead generation engine built from scratch — in six months. A global software company whose marketing team I restructured in the first eight weeks.

Every one of those situations was different. What didn't change was the approach: understand the business first, build or rebuild the right foundation, and make marketing a measurable driver of growth.

I work across B2B and B2B2C engagements with deep experience in SaaS, healthcare, animal health, fintech, edtech, and publishing. Engagements range from fractional CMO retainers to interim executive roles to focused strategic projects.

I'm based in Portland, Oregon and work with companies across the U.S.
